Shipping & Returns


CrownCulture offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders $45+ within North America. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place your order, you can choose from a few shipping options.  You'll see estimated delivery dates listed based on shipping option chosen. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide upon checkout. 

Please allow 1-2 extra days for order packing and fulfillment.

US Orders: US orders are shipped via USPS standard 3-5 day tracked service. Orders $45+ qualify for free shipping. Please use the Shipping Calculator on the Cart page to find  shipping estimates based on your location. 

International Orders: International order are shipped via Canada Post or DHL, based on your selection at checkout. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. Please note we are not responsible for lost untracked packages due to mishandling by shipping agents worldwide.

Return & EXCHANGE Policy

Thanks for purchasing from CrownCulture. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The Tress Trap should be in its original condition, not damaged nor missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it, send us an email at and send your item to: 1860 9th St, Apt 12, Santa Monica, CA, 90404, United States.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1860 9th St, Apt 12, Santa Monica, CA, 90404, United States.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Since this is a first run product, we encourage our customers to contact us with feedback on your experience with the Tress Trap. try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
